Duplication of Popup Contact Form (For Templates with 3 or 4 Features)

  1. Login to the Admin Dashboard of the Jobs Site.
  2. After logging in, hover on the Popup Maker option and click the Create Popup button option on the left side navigation bar.image.png
  3. Insert the Title depending on the location and job for the popup (eg. Kiowa - OD Associate Popup). After inserting the title, click the Use the Divi Builder.image.png
  4. Select Clone Existing Page once the page has been loaded, then search and select Apply Now Contact Form Template image.pngimage.png
  5. (1) Change the Job Position according the job advertisement by clicking the gear icon. (2) Change the description between the <h1> tags with the appropriate job position. (3) After changing the description, click the Apply button (checkmark) to finalize the changes. image.png
  6. (1) Right-click the Contact option on the left navigation bar and open it on a new tab. (2) Copy the shortcode for the form to be used for the popup.image.png

  7. (1) Go back to  Create Popup tab and paste the shortcode in the module by clicking the gear icon. (2) Paste the whole shortcode of the form to be used inside the Code field. (3) After making the changes, click the Apply button (checkmark) to finalize the changes.

  8. After applying the changes to both the job position and shortcode module, scroll down and click the Display tab on the left in the Popup Settings window and apply changes also to the following:

    1. Click the Display Presets tab and choose the Center Popup option
    2. Click the Appearance tab, click the dropdown menu and choose Content Only - For use with page builders and block editors
    3. Click the Size tab, then change the following:
      • Click the Size dropdown menu and select Custom from the options
      • Change the Width into 100% by entering 100 on the input field and changing the dropdown beside the field into %
      • Change the Height into 100% by entering 100 on the input field and changing the dropdown beside the field into %
    4. Click the Position tab, then change the following:
      • Click the Location dropdown menu and select Top Left
      • Change the Top slide values to 0px
  9. After making the Display tab changes, click the Close tab and change the Close Text value to "X".image.png
  10. After making the changes, scroll up and click the Publish button.
