Duplication of Contact Form (For Templates with 3 or 4 Features)

1. Login to the Admin Dashboard of the Jobs Site.
2. After logging in, click the Contact button option on the left side navigation bar.
3. Hover over the Apply - Contact Form Template and click Duplicate
