We’ve released significant enhancements to KMK Livestream along with fixes to improve event management, livestream reliability, and the experience across desktop and mobile devices.
🚀 Improvements
🎥 KMK Livestream
- Enhanced the Internet Speed Checker to provide more accurate connection checks before joining a livestream.
- Updated platform labels from 2025 to 2026 where applicable.
- Improved the participant experience by redirecting webinar links to a web browser instead of the mobile app when appropriate.
- Enhanced the Moderator Page with:
- A responsive layout for better usability on different screen sizes
- Improved chat synchronization
- Faster and more reliable poll synchronization and rendering
- Improved Host Livestream poll synchronization for a more seamless live presentation experience.
- Added automatic API retry mechanisms for both Hosts and Participants to improve reliability when loading live event information.
- Enhanced the overall mobile responsiveness and rendering of the livestream interface for a smoother experience across devices.

- Fixed an issue where Live Event date filtering did not return the correct results.
🎥 KMK Livestream
Resolved issues involving:
- Registration links launched from LMS Student Live Events
- Audio and camera device configuration on the Preparation Page
- Incorrect event date displayed on the Preparation Page
- Internet connection and audio details not displaying correctly before joining a livestream
