📢 Product Update — October 8, 2026

We’ve introduced new feedback and search capabilities, along with improvements to checkout, textbook orders, Check-Ins, and user management across the platform.

🌟 What’s New

📚 LMS Admin

  • Added Video Feedback submission, providing a new way to manage and support video-based feedback.
  • Expanded Room Library with search keywords for questions, making it easier for students to find the right questions to ask in their diagnosis.

  • Improved the Textbook Order screen to associate plan names with the appropriate active plan for greater accuracy and clarity.
  • Added the ability to delete Check-In records, giving administrators more flexibility when managing Check-In information.
  • Updated Digital Textbook Orders so Part 3 access remains on hold until the appropriate activation occurs.

🎓 LMS Student

  • Added support for submitting Video Feedback, creating a more streamlined feedback experience.
  • Enhanced the Side Menu for improved navigation and usability.
  • Improved Bundle Plan Checkout to allow students to select individual test dates for each product included in a bundle.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

  • Updated Create New User validation to prevent unsupported .edu email addresses from being used.
  • Fixed issues with User Extensions when creating new extensions or reusing previous extension records.
